3D computational analysis of field emission from hemi-ellipsoidal structures

Resumo

In order to evaluate the electric field associated to field emission, a computational model was elaborated to investigate hemiellipsoidal structures. The emitters were simulated as 3D single structures, aiming to establish a relevant methodology for a more complex study.
