Resumo

This article aims to apply the MSA (Measure Analysis System) to evaluate the measurement system of the angle in metal terminals in agricultural hoses, analyzing the operator repeatability parameters, instrument reproducibility and tolerance to detect the quantitative abnormalities existence in the manufacturing process of these parts. The measurement applied methods, protractors angle and profile projector, were compared and it was observed that the profile projector is the best method applied for process validation, as its total variation attend the set parameters according to the recommendations of the American automakers AIAG, who determines that the total variation shall be smaller than 30% to be considered acceptable.
